Finally!

I got my ILR (Set (o) JR) and passport in the mail today, after 22 weeks of waiting. I sent it off on Dec. 2.

I sent off about five expedite requests, several emails and spoke with my MP as well.

This message board has been great and helpful judging waiting times.

Dear All, Have any of you seen a real benefit in contacting your local MP to expedite your ILR applications? I have contacted mine and the MP and his office have been quite active in follow-ups with me and the Home Office. They have mentioned to me that they "...are now pursuing my application...

This forum has been helpful, if not somewhat depressing, to judge the waiting times for ILR SET (O) JR applications. It has now been 17 weeks since the receipt of my application and I have sent in two requests to expedite my application - one through the post and the other to settlementopspolicy@hom...
