i went to uk in 2004 on student visa my visa got refused on nov 2009 and i did my nikah in july last year .wen i applied for certificate of approvel in march 2010 they kept hoold of my passport and ask me to come and sign in ukba office i used to go there every friday one friday they got hold of me ...

i would still go to MP yess i neva saw my MP neither infact it was assistant who rang BHC for me and got me usefull information she was very helpful i must say... zully if u can go i would adivise u to still go there is no harm in trying trust me.... may allah SWT help us all and about Nikkah nama m...

UKBA emailed us today telling us my hubby's passport is in the last stages of processing..and we should hear something soon and that Gerry's should contact us to arrange the collection of his passport...i hope and pray inshAllah it will be this...

@blitz im frm bradford i emailed rang and visitted my local MP he rang BHC to check progress.he was very helpful .and wen MP enquires BHC ur file do get flaged and they knw MP has askd 4 it so u need to push ur MP
