I and my wife applied for nationality in third week of april 2015 together. Fees were deducted in one transaction for both of us, one acknowledgement letter addressed to both of us, however she received her biometric letter week ago but i have not received mine! Is this normal?

Re: Lloyds TSB refuses to stamp printed statments

They return passports same day if your application is concluded same day. My experience with halifax bank was to ask them to print transactions for a given period and then stamp it and also top that with a cover letter stamped too. Anything that a bank produces within branch, they normally stamp tha...

Re: Will my UK born child be subject to overstay?

A child is registered as British, not naturalised. A child registering under section 1(3) BNA does not require valid leave. Thank you both Moderators. Amber, my child was born when my status was Tier 1(g) not ILR. So not sure if i could skip step "naturalization" unless she was born after...

As you booked your PEO before 6th April. Did they ask you to pay the balance amount? Or you end up paying the old fee?
I went to croydon on 2 april, hence avoided the fee rise. How much fee did it ask for when you booked? If pre 6 april fees then should not be paying more!!!

5 Years completed or not? Settlement (o)

Dear Readers - I was given Tier1(general) visa on 20 march 2009 for 3 years expired on 20 march 2012.
