Manci- Thx for the reply. Unfortunately co where my hubby works will not sponsor him for Tier2G else there would be no problem at all. That is why we started looking for alternate solutions i.e. as outlined in my previous posts to look for Tier2 sponsorsing cos (which were hard to find in recession)...
