Restricted CoS and Tier 2 General

I am a work permit holder and will apply for a Tier 2 general visa. The company will apply for a CoS for me. Is this called restricted CoS and can I switch to Tier 2 General from within UK?

If I get 60 days from last day, it will be around 15th July. I have to apply for tier 2 visa. I was wo...

Also, does anyone have any idea about how long UKBA takes to make decision after the company informs...

I know that they ...
