I spent 4 years doing law. I have calculcated that the 5 year cap does not apply to me. I am working on my PSW now. I know that studying on the PSW does not count towards the cap as well. My only issue is whether I will be able to apply for a tier 4 for just two weeks to complete my course.

Studying on PSW then applying for tier 4

I am planning to study an MBA and my PSW runs out 2 weeks before the course end date. I was wondering if I can apply for a tier 4 just before my PSW is expiring. Your answers would be much appreciated.

BRP Delivery

At what time does it usually get delivered? HO are using DX and it says any time between 9-5 but they don't deliver right at 5pm correct?

I got the documents back with a letter dated 17th July, BRP to be delivered in 7 days. It has still not arrived! Do they every take 10 days instead of 7??

If I pay by postal order then there is no chance that the payment will be rejected right???

I applied 3rd April, Acknowledgment received on 6th May, and NOTHING since then!!!! Waiting for the biometric letter! I am starting to freak out that the payment may have been rejected!

Just came from post office, sent my biometrics. No i didnt call, didnt write complaintts. They say theres something wrong with the system, and most of the application are off the record. I think the are fixing it, soon u will get yours. Oh God that's such great news! I hope I will get mine soon too...

I have also lodged a complaint to the email you provided. This is ridiculous I can't wait foreve for my visa!!!!! I have finally lodged a compliant by email. Hey all. The bank statement I submitted was electronic and double sided printed, but the logo appears only on one side of the statement. But both sides of the page are stamped and dated by my bank. Do you think I will be ok?
