It should not be a problem , just ented as per best of your knowledge .Even I entered diff dates while applying for Tier 1 and when applied for extension ..as long as degree and univ are valid .these dates not matter that much.

Hi , I have the same scenario , what I'll be doing is : will carry 4 P60's and for 2011/12 , letter from employer stating NI Number , Name and other details which are there in P60. In summary you / I can have : 4 P60's and letter from employer for latest year. This should be ok I assume. Thanks, APS

I originally complete 5 Yrs on 3rd June 2012 but as per 28 days rule I am ok to apply on /after 6th May , my PEO falls on 16th MAY

Hi Friends

PEO date is 16th may , one help required

I was on work permit for 1 year( initial one) and than on Tier 1 General visa so on application form Page 42 I have to select option 11L or some other option.

Please advise

If I cancel / rebook the booking - not sure I would get anything before month of JUne and all my docs are ready kepeing date as 16th May thats current appointment date

Or can i take my son along but don not apply for her ....use applictaion for myself andf wife only

Suppose myself and wife get ILR on 16th May , THEN what visa status will son hold at that point of time since after I get my ILR son's, Tier 1 dependent visa will get invalid or not ? MIne visa will be ILR so how come he hold tier 1 dependent visa that time This seems confusing ...... Thanks APS
