Friends , I have 4 P60's and for 2011/12 I will have P45 since My assignment ended on 30th March and as per information P60 is generated if anyone is on active payroll on/till 5th April. It was less than 90 days ( 72 days ) so letters is required from Organization or without letter should be ok.

In that days I received Indian salary so does not unnecessary create confusion.

Some of my friends were saying that we can give Life In UK Test ONLY after completing 5 Yrs at UK --Is that correct?
