Just a quick question. Does the process changed? I have heard that these days the RC is not received the same day but after 10 days, is that true?

I have been unemployed for three months now, he got his temporary stamp until middle of April and decision on his application was made last week.

He is working since he got his temporary stamp 4 around 4 weeks now.
We alreadz received refusal letter but we spplied on EU4 form for review.

In fact both of you must be Resident in Poland to get divorce ( I am polish and I went through divorce procedure).
I applied myself while I was in Poland and it was refused on a basis that my husband was never resident in Poland and actual falling out between us did not take place in Poland.

We received our documents back after 5 weeks, letter of acknowledgement, date stating by when decision will be made and request for proof of address for both of us ( we provide them with separate one but it seems not to be sufficient) but not mention to go to receive temporary stamp 4.

I think it is just matter of knowing wife whereabouts, I did hear that the husband of the girl that I know was asked only: first time in Ireland? he answered: yes and border control clerk said: enjoy and that is all.
I dont expect that they are grilling people at the airport :))

When he arrived to Dublin the border control officer ask one question: can you tell me please what is the address of your wife?
He only knew; Dublin 9, and got very stressed out and tried to open the bag to find the address but man said it is ok, really it was easy
