hmm...you can see that it was only after 8 long months that the case worker contacted us.. you can apply within 28 days of visa expiry..but if application is refused,you wont get appeal rights..i think it is better to apply before visa expiry..you can apply along with your urgent request if nothing...

I have checked on the list and the solicitors I used to certify are on the list and person who certified put the date, his signature and role as well so hope it should be alright. if any problem will UKBA contact or straight away refuse the application any idea?
