But if some one can clear that student visa obtained before 2009 which was not in tier 4 will count towards 5 years?

Tier4 Limit of five years

Ok these new rules are confusing me :roll: I came in UK in sep 06. than I extend my student visa in Jan 2010 from March 2011 I am on PSW. I have 6 month foundation followed by 3 years Bachelors.. and one year diploma which i have done in 06/07 Can I spend any more time as student as my over all time...
