When you take dividends the amount is net dividends, when it comes to calculate the dividends issued to you it should be gross so if you receive £1,000 you actually received £1,111. its same like you receive net salary after tax but your actual salary is your gross before tax

To transfer marriage allowance from your wife to yourself she doesn't have to be employed but your income should be no more then £42,385. so if she is not working but have right to work in UK you can transfer the allowance

Since you saying you have Payslips and also money coming in the bank from employer, contact HMRC and explain them situation and see what they say.

I would say your best hit is if you think you can prove employment with them by any means like payslips ( these can be challenged as well by employer saying they never provided. Bank statement you can get from bank don't think so that should be problem, as you say you have other employment documents...

I think that default should not be mention on form, that's what I got impression from other posts, I will say that contact home office helpline and ask them. Share with us as well what they say, I hope some experts may shed more light on it.

if you search on this forum you will see many threads where this has been discussed, I have not personally experience it but I know someone who had defaults and got ILR and even BP.

You don't have to declare defaults on application only CCJ if any however try to settle or make payment plan of these default with creditors.

Ok Manci so should I apply week before 14/03/15? then I will be able to work until decision on my application.
so what I am thinking now is to ask my employer to generate COS start of March and I will send my applicaiton on 10 March which is thursday so they receieve it next day.
