your case is quite complicated with gap of more than 180 days in 12 months. I think you will be fine in 2016 and that time your gap of more than 200 days will be divided in 2 years but but but there are exceptions also who go the ILR approved with gap more than 180 days. http://www.immigrationboards...

Gaurav, Please check your continuity first from the date of ILR application. Write the actual time starting from you entry date i.e. 20.06.2009
but you have to mention in your cover letter, is your visa stamped on xx/xxx/xxxx date and entered uk on xx/xxx/xxxx date after xx days.

I am also in the same boat but except the visa type. I am on Tier 2 (ICT).
My questions are:

1. Did you show your India Salary Slips and Banks Statements for the period you were working in India and absent in UK?

2. Which PEO did you get the appointment for your ILR application?

I have just got a reply from Home office that as a Tier 2 ICT migrant,we would need to select Tier 1 General for showing the points using PBS.As long as your degree is awarded 20 points or more and 10 points foe English,you should be able to meet the KOLL requirement as a Tier 2 ICT applicant. That is the case of Baby born after parents got ILR.
What should one do, if Baby born before parents ILR for example baby born in Mar-2014 and parents ILR due in next year or after a couple of months?
