If child is born in the UK after a parent has ILR, then child is automatically British. for section 6.2 - list of absences

if its a long gap more than 180 days (Not in 12 consecutive months).

My doubts are:

Should we wright start date and end date?
Or
Should we break it in 2 years as per 12 consecutive months rule?

Entry Clearance Stamp: 20/04/2010 (Tier 2 ICT (Migrant)
Entered UK: 03/05/2010
Tier 2 ICT valid till: 16/07/16

28 days before 20/04/2015 i.e. 23/03/2015
Or
28 days before 03/05/2015 i.e. 05/04/2015

Could you please confirm when I can apply for ILR?

what e-mail address did you use for sending your query to the HO? according to the HO reply since your application for T2 ICT entry clearance was granted under the rules before 6 April 2010 you will be eligible to apply for ILR next year.
