To answer your questions: no and no. Note my total absences were only 100 days or so and no absence was longer than 15 days. Income level was shown to be just over the requirement.

I used the Life in the UK Test guide (this is not the TSO book). Its only £6 on Amazon and is well worth it given that the test costs £50 to take. The book has all the data from the TSO book. I was in a similar situation. As long as your fulltime job has enough income to give you enough points under Tier 1, I would make no mention of the part time job. PEO does not check w/ HMRC.

ILR Success at Croydon PEO using SET (O)

I applied and received ILR in Croydon today. My case was fairly straightforward: WP + WP + Tier 1. All with the same employer.
