What I understand from 321A is that even if my family returns on 29th May 2012 (one day before visa expires) they will not have problems entering the UK unless the situation is either one or more points listed under 321A. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Hi Manci, Just an update. I had called UKBA today and they informed me that my wife would not be refused entry even if she lands on the 29th of May. As long she enters the UK within the leave to remain period she'll be allowed to enter UK, which confirm what you had posted earlier. Many thanks. James.
