Hi,

i am going to apply spouse visa from student. my wife income is £700 monthly. Our house is freehold no mortgage on it. And council tax is £ 88 monthly. i am out of job.

Do i qualify for apply visa( inside uk) ?

She is self employed her last annual accounts shows she earning 700£. BUt in last 6 month she earn more then 1200 monthly. we can prove and it is shown in bank statements. we pay 475 from our income and council tax 100. but from next month we dont have any rent or mortgage to pay because she will be...

you can provide accountant letter but must provide all evidence of such income invoices, purchases and sales. just a letter look not a valid proof

1. my wife income is 750£ a month (self emplyed)
2. she has 100,000£ in her account( she has sold her shop).
3. she( british ) has never get any benefit from govt or council.

ukba will consider 100,000£ as our saving?
