Hi koolguykvs, So you mean my employer do not have to apply for COS, it will automatically assign with new licence application. Some one given this info that once licence issued than from SMS system my employer have to request for CSO with my details and supporting document (RLMT) for CSO. Cheers Ku...

New Licence for small company

Any one have idea about processing time to issue new Licence for small company ?

And processing time for COS?
And Tier 2 processing time?

I am curious to know how long it will take?

ILR Eligibility

Hi All,

I am not sure if i can apply for the ILR.

I spent 3 years under old 5 years work permit.
and 1 year as tier4 dependent.
Now i got new Tier2 work permit.

Based one all above can i apply for ILR ?
