If you completed 12 months after the issuance date of Document Certifying Permanent Residence card, you do not need to submit any proof of exercising treaty rights again, If you apply before 12 months of PR then u need AGAIN.

NCS staff is WRONG WRONG and WRONG.
THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED .

Ill apply naturalization on 8th Dec 2014, but I had congestion charges in Feb 2012, I had received congestion charges notice that time and I paid on time.
will it affect my AN application ....?

I did contact the NCS for info.
They said , i still have to submit all proofs of excercising treaty rights of ur eea spouse, having eea3 PR will not exempt u from sending proof of exercising treaty rights.
I Donot know what to do ?
