Hi, Piyush If you dont have your own money please dont come with borrowed fund your life will be really hell , now it is hard to get below degree job for hsmpian so u dont have justation period , it is really very expensive still take opinions from others life is not that easy rest up to you regards

apply only yrself and show atleast £5000 for 90 % chance to get through

for spouse + £ 3000 atleast and for kids again 3000 for each

these r far abvoe to guide line but there are administrative barriers

yes if you are director cum owner of company , you r fine

you get certificate from your accountant with supportings

why i am saying , i work in a/c firm and most of manager owned company structure is like that

this is part of best tax planning and not evasion
