Getting ready for FLR; marriage certificate attestation

Time for FLR folks..
A quick question. My marriage certificate is attested by State Govt. in India, do I need to get it attested by Indian High Commission in UK or the Indian State Gov.t attestation is accepted by HO.

IR35 friendly IT contract template

I'm still digging internet but can't find an IR35 opt out contract template for a software developer. I want to switch from permie to contractor once i get my FLR approved. I know it's available on PCG website for members. But i don't want to spend money.

Any help.

Cheers

Hounslow and Southall are mess. I was reading the crime graph in newspaper and saw Hounslow was on the top. And they are quite far specially Southall no tube access.

I live in NW London, and it's also predominantly desi area, but no desi shops. Though all the desi materials are available here.

After Banking comes Sales jobs, they are plenty. And if you combine Finance with sales then it's like perfect marriage. I see plenty of jobs in IT sales as well. In my company itself there are more sellers than software developers.
So be hopeful..

No one speakes English in London ;)
Personally i think it's not a serious matter if you don't speak with Brit accent. Speaking slowley and LOUDLY help to overcome accent.
The problem is that Brits can't understand any other accent.

You are wrong. Plenty of Jobs in Banking & Finance sector.
Even i'm thinking seriously to switch to Banking Sector (Software development). Banking professionals are highly paid creatures, whether they are competent or not.

True.
You can't rtealize how costly London could be untill n unless you live here.
Even i didn't realize this fact.
Well planning in advance may give you some relief. And also having some friends here may help you while you start living here.

Well It's difficult situation chances are less for VISA extension. But if you can show HO valid reasons then may be they consider it. And also u need to apply for extension before 6-8 weeks of expiry date. And if you apply again for HSMP it's going to take 5-6 months for processing. Better come here...
