Getting a Telephone connection/ Cable Internet connection

Thought of taking a telephone connection to get a broadband net access, but didn't realize that i need to have a bank account to get one.

Any way still trying to get a Cable net connection if possible.. i dunno whether they also need bank account or not..

Dreams come true, finally saw the London in reality.

If you are comfortable and confident about all the process then you should go ahead on your own. If you think the process is too complicated for you, and you have got money to spare then get a cosultant.

One thing i'm not sure about whether applying thru consultant reduces the time?

It's a very tough descision. You can send all the documents in xerox, but!! HO may ask originals for verifications and it will delay the process.

I sent all originals and so do many candidates. The risk is worth isn't it :)

Well i can't say it's good or not so good to apply for spouse's EC alongwith principle applicant. I just explained my experience. In my case i did mistake i would have applied earlier with my EC. That time DHC was not so crowded ,now a days Student VISA rush.

I applied for my spouse's EC with all relevant documents and shown fund of 15.5k GBP (supported by all relevant docs).

Now what they gonna verify in interview?
We'll carry all the original documents for interview.
Any one who has been interviewd at DHC chennai ?
