Bitter truth!!!
Yes you can only send by post, if i'm not totally wrong.

I also had same question when I was ready with my FLR. I was worried with Royal Mail as they recently shreded my other mail.

I dunno about ILR never applied for that :P

So make your heart hard and handover to Royal mail.

FLR(IED) and Bank statements

My FLR(IED) application is already with HO. I didn't realize that the bank statemenst which i get from bank have no signature on it. I only realized this when a CreditCard provider refused my Credit Card application stating that my bank statements didn't carry a signature. What about other banks do ...

Good news is that I live in one of those counties ;) bad news is that I have to wait for around 4 years. It's really a good news. Specially when you have been a victim of Royal Mail. I didn't know that they use Automatic Machines to sort out letters. And machines do SHRED letters some times. Imagine...

NI is one way ticket.
Why will they return NI ? It's the money which they use to run this country, and to prvide a wonderful Health Service for which they are proud of, not to mention the trains, tubes... list is long.

It is not required at all for HSMP. The Employement letters (offer letters, Pay slips etc ) is sufficient.
Well, if you can get this document then no harm.

The question of senior position and specialist is subjective. I think the example is given in HSMP guideliens. That's interesting case... I faced a similar situation. My wife was issued with a 15 years VISA (2004-2019) for India, but her passposrt expires in 2011, so the Registration Authorities endorsed the VISA to be valid till 2011 and told us to come back with new passort after that date and then they wi...

Let's put in this way you apply for ILR under HSMP category. Now this makes sense. I haven't seen ILR forms/guidelines so may not be able to say much about it, but i don't think that there should be some special HSMP requirement. I know FLR; here you aply for FLR under HSMP category, same should be ...

I doubt that you can get NI card on same day.
I got mine in 6 weeks time.
And i think they say to issue NI card in 6-7 weeks not in 4 months.
If you don't get ur NI card in 7 weeks call them up.
