could you please tell me which email address you used to write and Homeoffice responded on it.

I have filed my extension and send 2 email to incountry and outcountry, but so far no reply from them.

It is better if you book yourself in B&B initially and then you can search for rented/sharing apartment.

Thats how i did it, and within 3 days i got house to move in.

Hi Ajayx,, If you had yoru chest x-ray done in last 6 months, then it is better to carry that x-ray with you, or else they will make u stand for that scanning machine. Can u please state the link , 'Rules changed' so i can know wht is the rule for EC, do you mean to say it was normal to get 2 years EC.

EC stamped for 2 years

Hi,

Any suggestion/advise I got my EC stamped in dec 2003 and it states expiry in Dec 2005.

Should i wait to file extension in 2005, or is this a mistake.

As per the notes EC is supposed to be for 1 year and then ILR next 3 years isnt it?.

Please advise.
