Hi, I am in UK on ICT Short Term T2 visa - with validity until August 2015. I would like to go back to my home country in April. How long can I stay outside UK in order to come back to UK on the same VISA? After how many days will the cooling off period start if you are outside UK? Thanks, TS70363

My question was more related to the VISA start date and entry in UK. So if my VISA starts from October 2011 but I arrived in UK in April 2012, am I eligible for an extension till April 2013?
