Government's new bill shakes up the route to citizenship I dont know if anyone has read the bill in more details. It states that you must not be out of the country for more than 90 days for each of the qualifying years for citizenship/residence :roll: :roll: :roll: this seems to be a new rule!

I haven't received the passports back today. Called HO and learnt that the packet has been despatched today. Will get it tomorrow hopefully and let you know the details. I think you ought to have attached a letter from University confirming that the language of instruction for your first degree is/was English. Unfortunately WHM Visas are impossible to get unless you are from the 'old -'white'- commonwealth countries - i.e Kiwi, Ozzy, Canadian and SA.
