waiting for B

Applied for ILR SET(0) with two dependants
Document send 19th July
Document recieved by HO 20th july
Ack letter recieved 7th August
Payment gone through 7th August

Still waiting for Biometric letter !!

Does anyone know if it takes more than two months to get the biometric letter ?

- She has a NHS card, but It has my Surname ?? Will this be an issue as her surname is different on her passport ??

- I will get my account changed to a Joint account and get some old statements printed / posted with both our names listed.. This is a very good idea.

Nope, as rent is all inclusive. Only recently got the name changed on Water bill to use it as proof of address.

- Can get the owner to do a new contract agreement (possibly as of past date).
