Registration as a sponsor is different process from that of being able to assign CoS. Just because a company intends to employ an in-country applicant does not mean that the registration process be done on a priority. Hi, In my case I am an out of country applicant to be transfferd to UK operations...

HR e-mailed home office on monday and got response that we need to add more documents then they will look at it by 22nd. not sure we'll get an answer by then or start processing on 22nd. i'll let you guys know if I hear anything. also, there's no way to get 10 point in maintenance switching from ps...

It doesn't matter if the application was through a representative, your employer can still ring UKBA directly on the number I gave and ask about progress.
