EEA 4 Permanent RESIDENCE.

HI,
I am an EEA family member.and i am working in england for the last 5
years.my wife is a polish citizen and she is in england from 2004.Our boy
is a british citizen.

Can i apply for a permanent residance without providing her P60 s and her ID to HO desepite she left me?
