Hi do any one know which form to fill if someone wants to apply for Non EU Parents of Naturalised Irish , so that they can stay in Ireland for long?

As tourist visa is only for 3 months!!!!!

Today one of my friend got confirmation for citizenship application from INIS. In that letter it is clearly mentioned his decision will be taken within 6 months. That means all standard cases applications of 2011 & 2012 (up to June) will be cleared during Oct & Dec citizenship ceremonies. (...
