Last three paragraph was added new refusal letter. Also with form IAFT1, but my current appeal is pending with Tribunal.

ILR was refused with some silly reasons
It does not mean any things. You need to explain what the reasons for refusal so some one can answer.

You left on 27th of October 2008 and returned 20th of March 2009 So its within six month. So your continuous lawful residence was not broken. It does not matter if there are more then one entry clearances. It has to be with in six month leave and entry date. " Continuous residence is not broken...

Yes, According to Royal Mail its delivered on 07.12.2012 but On acknowledgement letter its says received on 10.12.2012.

If you need the data in specific dates or any data specifically you need then you need to specify there.(eg. from Jan 2005 to Jan 2012). I think if you just tick "All data held by the UK Border Agency" then you will get everything held by UKBA.
