Re: Tier 2 General Dependent visa query

Thanks CR001.

Any idea what period would sometime denote? I have been 3 months and my spouse could not travel because her notice period in the current job is 3 months as well. She will serve that out this month and we applied the visa now due to the 30 day window to travel.

Thanks,
SJR_Spencer.

Re: Tier 2 Dependent visa - Work start date

Hi VPR_Pandian I have a colleague for whom a T2G dependant visa was granted last week. In her spouse's application, they had the date on which she started working in UK for that field. Re: Tier 2 General Dependent visa

Thank you VPR_Pandian. I will be making the application at VFS Bangalore in the next few days using my own funds for the maintenance requirements. I am hoping they'd be ok with that. If anybody else disagrees with VPR_Pandian's interpretation or my decision, please let us know. I have another questi...

Hi All, I am on a Tier 2 General visa and I travelled to the UK in July 2016. I am now going to apply for my wife and son's dependent visas and I have a question on the maintenance requirement. Re: Tier 2 ICT Cooling Off

Thank you CR001.

But after the cooling off period, can I reapply for a Tier 2 ICT visa for a new company? Is there a requirement that I must have spent a particular period of time working for the company outside the UK?

I have a tier 2 ICT where I will be working for the UK division of the company. My travel has been postponed by the company by a few weeks. Since it is their decision, do they still have to report this to the home office?

Thank you san125 for your response.
