Hi Guys, I received my BRP finally after long. Below is my complete timeline. Goodluck All. ILR Applied under 10 Years Long Residence at Croydon PSC (same day service) on 15 November 2016. Additional documents requested on the same day by the HO within 14 days. Documents sent by post within 14 days....

I have informed my solicitor with the outcome and he said that the HO is obliged to give an answer to the MP query but MP's can't force them to send the travel documen...

I'm not entirely sure what this implementation letter is because I received a letter saying to issue your leave to remain, we need your biometric info (dated 19 Feb). No, I have applied for LR application while having a valid EEA residence card. We are divorced but at the time of application I didn't knew it, she is still exercising the treaty right here.

EEA2 APPLICATION

HI EVERYONE,

I thought I put my waiting time for EAA2/EEA1 application.

SENT ON= 06 FEB 2012
HO RECEIVED ON= 07TH FEB 2012
COA received with right to work on 05th March 2012
Wife's Passport with PR RECEIVED ON= 17th March 2012
RC= still waiting...
