My wife collected her documents and passport y'day and it said on it Visa was issue 11th march 2012, and interms of the 28 day restriction what if she is stopped on the airport ??

Everyone who had a status change will have the passports ready to collect by Tuesday afternoon at the latest, I'm 99% sure of this. There is a simple reason why Mirpur and Karachi applicants haven't been called in yet, it's because the Gerry ACs there are not dealing with them as speedily as Lahore...
