yes i had contacted them to confirm and yes they have changed the address as confirmed by the operator ... also you need to wait for 15 mins not 10 try calling from 1-3 pm
even i have changed my address online... what i am going to do is that i wil try to check with the ukba whether my address is updated(by phone), if not i wil send the change of circumstances form
the prob is with the scanner, not your letter. Instead of asking for another letter which wil take another 10 working days, my suggestion is that u try a different post office.
i had the same problem... i applied on march 5th and recd my bio-metric letter on april 21st... i had called them two times in the process.. its better that you call them.. good luck buddy

applied on 05th march, recd the ack letter on 12th march, called the ukba on 11th april for which they said a query is raised and i should receive it this week bt still havent received... am a bit worried ... what should i do now??
