I now need to change his name officially (for personal reasons), which will require it to be done via a Deed Poll. There are several online websites which claim they can change name legally for as little ...

Dear Forum Users, I would like to share with your all my experience at Solihull PEO which I chose mainly after reading good reviews about it here. After initial security checks we waited for over 1 hour to be called. The CW was a plesant lady who set about filling in her form under the category I wa...

Congratulations Niteshj. Thank you for sharing your experience at Solihull PEO. My question is same as ITGraduate's re absences >225. It would be helpful if you share some more information about this, specially did the person who checked your application for validity, did he/she comment on this? Mona

LIUK Pass Notification Letter 2010

Hi All, Can anyone please clarify this: 1. Does the date of passing LIUK matter? I appeared and passed LIUK in July 2010 as I was unclear when I would be eligible for ILR. And I apply for ILR in July 2012. Do I need to do it afresh so it is from 2012? 2. The evidence for LIUK is the Pass test Notifi...

Dear Debz,

Is it possible you can share what you put in your covering letter?

Did you just list all supporting documents or cover points describing eligibility?

Many thanks

Thanks for reply. If I explain it better.

If Tier 1 due date is 20 July 2012. And ILR is obtained say 10 July 2012 then does appliation for BC becomes valid on 11 July 2013 or 21 July 2013. I assume that once ILR is issued a new countdown begins?

Hi All, Sad to see that no one has replied to my post. I have read through SET0 Form + Guiadance + relevant Immigration rules that apply to ILR via Tier 1 Gen. Start date for BC

Hello,

Sorry if this is a repeatable query, but I am unclear. Does the countdown to BC begin FROM the date ILR is stamped in PP ? Or is it that ILR only starts from the end of current leave such as Tier 1/HSMP and then countdown if from the date this leave ends?

Many thanks for any responses,
Mona
