Hello, I have filled in the online application for Tier 2 General (new employer) + 1 dependent. I reached the stage where I can suggest dates for booking an appointment at the PEO. However, the system can't show me any appointments till the stipulated 42 days. Do I have to wait for a few days before...

My passport expires in October 2012. Can I make an in-country application for a new T2G visa (switching- change of employer) in June/July 2012? What are the rules on passport validity for in-country visa applications?
