Family visit case LAW

Hello,

Is anyone familiar with any case law about Family visits? Such as intention to return and genuine visits despite a previous wish to settle in the UK?

Would be grateful if anyone would let me know. Got to prepare some ground of appeal and need to refer to some case law.
