HI, My was in UK as a Tier1 dependent from 2007 to 2010. but because i was working on a company project in INDIA she moved to India since 2010 and we had an baby 6 months back.
so currently she doesnt have visa i have to apply for her and baby at the same time.

UKBA have asked for another letter from my employer asking "why i was out for 90+ days in india for business & impect on business" which i have submitted last week.
so does any one know how long it will take them to process after receiving the letter.
