Re: I Applied for BC but got caught for speeding!!

Strictly my personal view - I would take my chances and not inform HO particular if it is likely i get the naturalisation feedback within 6-8 weeks.
If you are lucky, you would get your reponse within the next 3-5 weeks.

Re: January 2014 - Naturalization Application Timeline

I applied on the 28th January and I would expect a decision to be made by the end of March judging by the speed November and some December applicants are dealt. Good judgement. :) I have a feeling January applicants will start getting decisions from next week. Watching out for which forumite will b...

Re: Media and human right organisations

Hi Ryan2020, How did you get the name of the case worker in charge of your case? I presume they use some form of pseudoname in all correspondence. Bash Hi folks, Just a quick question.i can see that there is a great number of people on this forum who are negatively affected by the delay and hugely d...

Looks like immigration is a very sensitive issue nobody wants to get into from a political perspective hence escalating to the media may not generate the required impact I had a reply after several letters and emails, apologising for the delay and saying that the due to the huge volume of backlog pl...

Sorry to hear that, did you try going through a lawyer? I heard UKBA responds better when lawyers write them.

I don't blame coolbawa for his calm position towards our problems with UKBA, i am equally fast getting to that position very close to being described as giving up. What else can we do under this circumstances? Nothings I presume.

Been waiting since 16th of April........

Re: What Happens after 6 months

Well I have been waiting for a little over six months and the answer to your question is "Nothing" UKBA only tell you to wait when you call and nothing more. Bash Guy, I hope you are all very well.I am just wondering; what has happened to people who have gone over 6 months now? what kind o...

I am in the same shoes as ssc923 and some other guys here, I applied on the 16th of April (this week will make it 6 months) and I am yet to get any reasonable feedback from UKBA. I have involved my MP, i have written more than five times and got three letters back. Mine is a straight forward case as...

The Ryan, the funny thing is that my application was straight forward in contrary to the letter or UKBA belief. HSMP to TIER 1, still in the same job and claiming almost the same points as the last renewal. I am not sure how the so called 'not straight forward' came to be.

My husband received a letter from a senior case worker today, stating that he had agreed to expediate my husbands application. I'm not quite sure if this was because my mp wrote to ukba in August, or whether it was because I wrote a lengthy email on Monday stating my concerns over the lengthy wait....
