I have THREE appointments:

SET(O) with one dependant AT 8:15 am on 8th MAY
FLR(M) at 8:50am on 8TH MAY

FLR(M) at 8am on 10th May

I booked SETO with one dependant but she has not completed two years in the UK...

Should I apply and pay for FLR on 8th or do you suggest going again on 10th MAy?

you are eligible for ILR on 18th May 2012...if you go on 16th may they will give you visa from that date...so your visa will not complete 4 years 11 months and 2 days necessary to apply for ILR....dont apply for extension before 15 days

But how can you have more than five years visa....your first visa issued on 5th Sept 2007 until 5th Sept 2010 and should have next extension v...

Have explained but they simply say not valid, this is a family slot you booked and this appointment is not valid for single. So I am looking to find some workaround....I am not sure if we both can go and enter the security but I only pay for one applicant.

UKBA says they wont me let me in alone because my appointment is booked with one dependant. The appointment is next week...

How was your experience Kshah? Did they accept your SET(O) and FLR(M) for your wife at the same time?

Did she have to meet the English language test level A1 for FLR or Life in the UK was OK?
