Just give them the new address and job details immediately, and ask if they want any supporting documentation. They will probably say they don't need it. Then keep their response and the documentation safe in case there's some kind of dispute one day.
i was waiting for a decision as it was due in June but department send me letter that they are so busy and can not make decision now and they are extending the temporary stay for 4 months. While I can appreciate that they are busy, it's in breach of the EU directive (and also Irish law implementing...
Still waiting on...... seems like this wait is gonna never end.... its 3 more days to my 6 months... don't know what to do? can you guys advise on how to approach on this? Judging from my experience, you'll probably get your letter on the 6 month date or a few days later. I think the INIS Visa Deci...
Put your CV up on Monster.ie, most of the IT agencies get their automatic CV feeds from there. Update your CV from time to time so your profile on there is recent. It's not that hard for companies in Ireland to arrange work permits for specialist IT skills, especially compared to the USA and the UK,...
Just after sending off a letter with a bit more documentation and a note to remind them that six months is over, the postman arrived with a letter stating that the application has been approved. Good thing we didn't threaten to send in the heavies
I told them I'll be sending a crowd of aggressive immigrants over there to sort them out if they don't give me what I want. Just joking. I think it could be a mistake on their side, so I'll first bring it to their attention to give them a chance to fix it first before resorting to get all legal on t...
It would also be taken into consideration if the non-EU citizen started to work full time when they got their temporary stamp 4 and so would not need the financial support of the EU citizen. Are you sure about this? I would think it's relevant for the family of Irish citizens but I don't see how it...

I was looking through the decisions and they seem to have put application numbers randomly. Also if the application number's the same as on the letters then a lot of people who are suppos...

Just an update -- posted some documents earlier in the week, and I had a letter confirming receipt on Friday. It specifically stated that a decision would be made based on the documents on file one day prior to the full decision date. Thank you, that's very interesting. I also got a letter on Frida...
Application went in on 4 December from here, so I'm keen to see how close to the deadline the responses will come in for those that applied in November 2014.
We received our letter today. The application was sent in 3 December. We also sent some more documentation in about two weeks ago and received an acknowledgement of that at the same time, perhaps since they have to put it all together in one file it helped a bit. We also didn't enquire about the sta...
I expected that it would take around 6 weeks anyway, plus an extra week or two because of the holidays. It seems like expectations should be set at around 8 weeks, plus a week or two for the holidays.
The approval letter usually comes long before the biometric card.
I did my biometrics on 28 Feb, my approval letter on 28 March, and it's not 1 June and I am still waiting for my biometric card.
