different case workers are assigned for each team member even if ur apply fresh or ur appeal is allowed for reconsideration so dont worry.by the way when was ur appeal allowed? mine was allowed in november 13 n in january they asked for bank statement n after that no response.

dont worry ur appeal is allowed for issuance of visa not for reconsideration so hopefully u will get ur visa soon.normally it takes 3 to 5 weeks but in some cases it can take longer then that so be possitive.....

Ur appeal decision seems to b for issuance of visa. most likely u will get ur BRP in 4 to 5 weeks but for safe side arrange 50k on ur own aswell may b they can ask for it n if they ask for proof of funds then u will only b given 7 days for submission......

can u plz post ur appeal allowed decision... em asking bcaz if ur appeal is allowed for reconsideration then they might check ur funding n if it is just allowed n no further diections are given by judge then most likely u will get ur visa in couple of weks n most likely they wont check ur funding in...
