as I remember she told me that they filled an online form and then had print of that and that copy was sent to fedex office
is there any email add where I can send them mail about the mistake ?

no we guys are not going to consult any consultant here in Pakistan but my father will contact lawyer in Germany
and btw once we talked to consultant (in karachi) they didn't know about EEA rules
