I am trying to change the location of my ceremony as my local council has given me a date end of Nov. Funds - Do they need to be in Student's personal account

My sister needs to apply for a Tier 4 shortly. Myself and my parents are paying for the studies.

Does the money for the course + maintenance need to be in her personal account or can that be in my parents account.

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I already have the three years extension. I am more worried about getting the ILR at the end of the four years. But it is a good idea to keep all the invitation letters and travel documents with one to prove that the travel was indeed for business purposes.

Business Travel on HSMP - Any Ideas?

Some of you might be having the same issue. I have been offered this oppurtunity to work for a company that require me to travel quite extensively all around the world. Altough, they are willing to base me in their UK office. The amount of travel each year would be at least 60-80 days in a year. Doe...

Anyone got numbers for FLR (IED) team?

I am looking for numbers for the FLR (IED) team that actually work. Does anyone had any luck with this?

I want to call them to know about the status of my application.
