Hi .I will to know if i can use or marry An EEAGhana customary marriage by proxy can be used to.marry an EEA national who is white but not from Ghana

please i sent my EEA2 application on 14th march .2012. have not received any acknowledgement letter from them.please will like to know if anyone here with the same problem ?shd i contact dem abt it.thnx
