Hi Tanvi I have emailed to UKBAcustomercomplaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and sent hard copies to their sheffield office and Durham office...u will get their address from google. Applied--March 30 Biometric --June 6 BRP --Aug 7 Documents--waiting I sent hard and soft copies of complaint letters to UKB...
