I think she should appeal this decision, and there's more chance she will win her appeal than sending anything to ukba cos her application will just be sitting there and also am 100% sure she will win. Appeal is the way forward for her

I believe as your application is on going and if you have been given COA and you have an NI number you can claim benefit especially housing benefit, child tax credit, and job seeker allowance
