@umer81 : Your comment about a consent letter comes as a surprise to me. No one has ever told about submitting a consent letter. Did you not take your wife along in the appointment? Secondly - did you submit original Passport + BRP for you and your wife or copies. I think people have previously ment...

I am with you all in this petition being signed and getting this highlighted to MPs that why are the fee hikes so steep.

Do you think getting this highlighted in the media will help putting some pressure on government that why all the axe on PBS migrants.

Thanks Bubin123. Have you applied for a dependent similary?
Reason I ask is I am just worried that if giving no information would lead to refusal?
Though i Know there is no space to even write N/A there.

First of all Apologies for writing on this topic as I am sure most of you have answered on this topic n number of times. You might want to read this link , which states ' Overstaying ' means the applicant has overstayed their leave to enter / remain, not just stayed longer than they said they would. The rule requires that the applicant has overstayed for more than 28 days (or for any period if, after overstaying, he ...

Re: Tier-1 Renewal & 5 year ago (9 Day) Overstay Issue.
