Re: Issue with BRP Card redilvery

i find Home Office annoying who won't allow redelivery to another address or collection from DX center.
did you call DX quoting tracking number and confirming your details? were you not able to negotiate redelivery with DX?
Apart from email try calling Home Office as well

Re: Clarify plz

@Go12 I am going to offend you, so please excuse me. No one can help you, as your mind right now is in chaos and you need to bring clarity to it. you have been answered already (by me) that according to current rules you qualify and UKBA does give clear 'guidelines' on all visa related matters. Go t...

based on past FEE hike of tier-1(General), it always happened on April of each year, and i can not recall or able to find if it ever happened in mid financial year.

Re: Clarify plz

@Go12 you worry too much :P
i first entered on July 2011, way later than your second entry, so i am in worse position than you.
But if i were you, i would go ahead for ILR on oct 2015, as current rules are in favour of you

Re: NHS Health surcharge scheme - Tier 1 Visa Extension

i haven't gone through links/PDFs but if we all get extension before changes, UKBA won't really contact us to pay extra NHS levy?
so my guess is go for extension on existing fee before any NHS charge is levied and save ourself?

Re: How early can i get same day visa ext appointment

Service standard has improved considerably, so go for postal as everyone is getting back within a month and sometimes in 2 weeks time.
Mine is also valid right now till June-2015, and i am also considering to go for early extension in another 2-3 months.
